These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any products from HotShiftpc (www.hotshiftpc.com) or any of its subsidiaries. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any attempt to change or supplement this document will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement by both, the client and HotShiftpc.

The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time at HotShiftpc sole discretion. The section headings below are for reference only. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.

Disclaimer:

The components provided by HotShiftpc are not built/designed for and will not be used in life support systems, as/with medical equipment, nuclear facilities or systems, aircraft, aviation, aviation communication devices or other critical systems whose failure to perform could result in significant Injury or loss of life or damage to property.

All product representation via images, description and specification on the HotShiftpc website (www.hotshiftpc.com) may vary from the actual product in terms of appearance, dimensions, performance and functional design. HotShiftpc uses the images of the product that are provided by the manufacturer of the subjected product. HotShiftpc is not liable for any product misrepresentation. However, if the product does not fulfill the specification that has been mentioned, the buyer may apply for return of the product and notify HotShiftpc regarding the return within 48-hours of receiving the product.

Accordingly, HotShiftpc will not be liable, and should the buyer use or sell HotShiftpc products for use in such hazardous applications, he/she does so entirely at their own risk. Furthermore, the buyer agrees to fully hold liability, defend and hold HotShiftpc harmless for/against any and all claims, demands, actions, litigation, and proceedings of any kind arising out of/related to above mentioned use or sale.

Warranty:

All the systems come with manufacturer warranty which comes with support which is to be provided solely by the manufacturer. HotShiftpc is responsible for the delivery of the product to the buyer to the given shipping address via the carrier of HotShiftpc choice. HotShiftpc may only entertain a request for replacing the product only if the product is damaged on delivery or is malfunctioning and the said conditions are met and HotShiftpc is notified of the replacement request within 48-hours of the buyer receiving the product.

Governing Law:

This Agreement and any sales here under shall be governed by the Visakhapatnam Judiciary.
